Windows Blue (new OS) X86 alpha leaked Build 9364:-

There haven’t been any confirmations as to the ISO’s legitimacy, but the source of the leak has also posted some screenshots to accompany the download. What we do know, is that the leaked build is a 2.63GB ISO of a X86 edition.
The kernel version is 6.3.

What is main change in Windows blue And Windows 8:-

Windows 8 has kernal 6.2 Build 9200 where as you can see this OS has kernal 6.3 Build 9364 MS doesn't changes much appearance in development builds. Like Windows 8 Beta having aero transparency, start orb etc..

The main changes from windows 8 are as follows:
-It is possible to snap/arrange two Modern-applications side by side at 50/50% ratio, 
-Several new bundled Modern Apps (such as alarm clock, calculator, and sound recorder),
-Two versions of live tiles - small (as present in Windows Phone 8) and large rectangular ones (occupying two rows),
-Extended personalization settings The ability to backup the settings of the working environment to SkyDrive.
-Also 'PC Settings' have been updated, featuring new options which allow a hierarchical way of navigation between Modern apps.
-There are some changes to the Charms Bar: The "Devices" charm now has an option for Play To,
-You can now share a screenshot of the running application via the "Share" charm.
-The leaked build lacks access to the Windows Store, and it is currently not possible to activate it.
