=> 1.First Trick-
Use this hosts with Vlive Settings and with the APN which comes with Vlive !!!

1.m.twitter.com 
2.live.vodafone.com 
The second host is officially free with Vlive settings it is written in Vodafone Site. 

=> 2.Second Trick-
Hi, As you know that a guy is posting Vlive trick again and again and actually it is working but not with any small 3g data pack it is only working when Vlive service is activated and you can activate it by Web or by calling to CC.I dont know the ammount but you can activate by above methods so here comes the trick,

Balance-1rs and Vlive should be activated !!! Activation Method br /> Prepaid customers: Sms ACT VL to 144 (tollfree). There is no charge for activating Vodafone live! 

=> 3.Third Trick-

This is a net Port i dont know working or not but try it with Hotspot Shield and this will work where Vilive apn is connecting and that port is-1551 Try it.....
